Brenda EverettBrenda Everett is a licensed professional counselor, nationally certified counselor and certified trauma therapist. She received her master’s in Counseling from WVU. Before starting at the WVU Center for Veteran, Military and Family Programs and Carruth Center for Psychological and Psychiatric Services, Brenda worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Morgantown Vet Center for more than 10 years.
Brenda served in the U.S. Army from 2001-2010. During this time, she served in numerous deployments to support Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Brenda has several years’ experience working with veterans and their family members.
She specializes in a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma,
adjusting to change, grief and loss, career exploration, relationship conflicts,
codependency and stress management.
Brenda enjoys the diversity of working with people from all walks of life by helping them attain better well-being, growth and transition.
